Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This policy explains what information Layermark Wallpaper Hanging (“we”, “us”) collects through layermarkwallpaperhanging.com and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you submit our estimate request form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, project city and, if you choose to provide them, your email address and a message about your project. If you call or email us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form, our website also records basic technical details needed to handle the request, such as the date and time, the page you submitted it from, the website address, and any campaign tags (for example, “utm” parameters) included in that page link. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address and browser type.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss your project
- To prepare estimates and schedule work you ask us to do
- To keep a record of inquiries and understand how people find our website
We do not sell your personal information.
How your request is processed
Form submissions are sent from our website to the systems we use to manage customer inquiries — a lead-management (CRM) system and an internal messaging notification that alerts us to new requests. These are operated by service providers on our behalf so that we can receive and respond to your request. We do not share your request with other installation companies.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as it’s reasonably needed to respond to you, carry out any work, and keep normal business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected] or calling (347) 767-5718. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Links to other sites
Our website links to third-party services such as Google. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Children
This website is intended for adults planning home or business projects and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
